Received, I think from Canada, via the Voltairenet.org in response to the translated version of my interview with David Cronin:
Good morning: Thank you for the VoltaireNet interview on the EUs backing of Israeli ethnic cleansing and other illegal actions against Palestinians. As a person of Jewish ancestry, I think that it is suicidal what Israel is doing to Palestinians, and that the US, UK, and EU support of Israeli militarism is essentially motivated by deep anti-Semitism. A look at a map should show anyone that it is not a good idea for a small nation to systematically attack, dispossess, oppress, humiliate and harm its Arab citizens and neighbors. It is dangerous for a small nation to set the precedent that illegality, war, and ethnic hatred are the standards of justice. To encourage and fund Israel in these practices shows disregard for the long-term well being of Jewish people.
